DESCRIPTION
An original chromolithograph view of Sydney, Australia as it was in the late 19th century. The view is oriented east with the entrance to Sydney Harbor in the distance. This view was one of sixteen depictions of international cities that appeared in William Collins's "Complete Atlas... of Modern, Historical, Classical, and Physical Geography," published out of Glasgow in 1878.
CONDITION
Print is in B+ condition with some soiling and foxing confined to wide margins.
