DESCRIPTION
This intricately made antique wood-engraved print is a lovely panoramic view of this soon-to-be-famous city called Chicago. The many houses, with relatively few streets, can be seen along the shore of Lake Michigan. The lake is home to a variety of boats, lighthouses, and breakwaters. In the distance, you can see where "civilization" gives way to wilderness.
