This pair of informational booklets combine to create a fully fledged plan for improvement of the City of Chicago leading up to the “Chicago 21” plan seven years later. Relatively controversial, it drafts a new image of the city through development processes of downtown (or now known as the South Loop) neighborhoods to increase commerce. This full color booklet includes a smattering of vibrant city maps as well as photographs of areas of determined renovation.
Condition: This pair of booklets are in A condition, with only light toning appearing along the bindings of both.
