This interesting sea chart covers the region of the Gulf of Valencia, Mediterranean and Straits of Gibralter to the Bay of Biscay and Bretagne and all contiguous coastlines. Rhumb lines radiate from the compass rose.
A legend depicts the symbols used for Imperial Cities, Cities, Great Towns, Small Towns, Villages, and Castles. Many place names are denoted. The map is embellished by a compass rose and a decorative title cartouche.
Condition: This nautical chart is in B condition with damp staining in the image in a number of places. The right border has been trimmed to within the neat line.
