DESCRIPTION
This lithograph of women's fashion is from the April 1883 issue of "La Modiste Universelle." Published in Paris but also distributed in London. It features a woman wearing an Easter Bonnet in lovely hand coloring. Signed on stone by the artist, G. Gonan, "one of the most well-known and admired names in the art" - Vyvyan Holland, "Hand Coloured Fashion Plates 1770-1899."
