An original chromolithograph view of a a street scene in Dublin, Ireland during the late 19th century. The print shows an active day near the River Liffey in central Dublin with many men, women, horse-drawn carriages, and dogs about the street.
This view was one of sixteen depictions of international cities that appeared in William Collins's "The Complete Atlas, Consisting of One Hundred and Twenty Maps of Modern, Historical, Classical, and Physical Geography," published out of Glasgow in 1878.
Condition: Print is in B+ condition with some soiling and foxing confined to wide margins.
