1873 Farm Residences of the Wrights
DESCRIPTION
This is a lovely lithograph presenting two views of homes in Illinois during the 18th century. The print features the homes of Minerva and Dorrel Wright, in Logan County, located in Southern Illinois.
The top scene depicts a rather lively farm house, adjacent to a field of crops, with abundant fencing surrounding the vast property. Beneath this scene, is the property of Dorrel Wright. A snake-like wood fence keeps in the cows & pigs, as the other animals graze. Several small buildings are on the property as well.
CONDITION
B+ with some light soiling on the edges. The print presents a crisp and clear image with ample margins on all sides for framing.
