This authentic hand-colored antique map from Mitchell’s New General Atlas depicts the city of New Orleans. The heart of the city is depicted in this colorful plan, with Bourbon and Canal Streets clearly marked. The direction of the flow of the Mississippi River is indicated by an arrow. Areas both north and south of the river are charted.
The map features a distinctive floral and vine-leaf garland as a border which enhances its visual appeal.
Condition: This print is in A condition with light toning around the edges.
