1967 The Byrds
DESCRIPTION
This is an original vintage poster for The Byrds promoting their concert at the Civic Auditorium in San Jose, California on April 7, 1967. This poster and so many others from the 1960s rock era were published by Dave Schiller of Sparta Graphics, based out of San Jose, California.
While the Byrds had a lot of band member turnover this poster features the faces of Roger McGuinn, David Crosby, Michael Clarke, and Chris Hillman, all sporting bowl cuts first coined by the Beatles. Their faces appear nestled within bird feathers with a nest and egg containing their band name below.
CONDITION
This vintage poster is in B+ condition with with some diagonal stress folds at three of the four corners. There are no tears, holes, or stains.
