DESCRIPTION
This advertisement for an Olds Hydra-Matic was of significant importance. Oldsmobile was the first automobile company to offer an automatic shift car. No clutch, but 4 gears that shift without delay or nuisance! Truly a remarkable feat for that time. A vibrant red, sleek shape, with polished chrome and fancy whitewall tires, made this a dream car. Unlike many of the other ads for this time period, this has minimal writing, since the car says it all.
