This colorful depiction of Montana in 1935 shows several Indian tribes, such as the Cheyenne, Blackfeet, and Crow. The west side of the state show the many mines of gold, silver, sapphire, and copper. Of course Glacier National Park is evident, being the gateway to Yellowstone National Park. The Compass Rose, in the lower right hand corner, portrays a cowgirl roping a calf.
