1893 General Map of the Island of Maui
DESCRIPTION
This map of the island of Maui was reproduced in 1883 from the Hawaiian government survey from March 1880. The map is rich with topographic detail and shows a plat of Lahaina a small railroad on the north shore as well as roads throughout the island. A table is included in the top right with distances between towns starting from Kahului and Makena. Lines and degrees of longitude and latitude cross the map from end to end.
CONDITION
Map is in B+ condition with one corner tear that does not enter the image. Map was originally issued folded and has since been flattened.
