Antique map of the Belgian region to the northwest of Brussels, published by Johann Baptiste Homann in 1720.

Large cities, many of which are fortified as well as smaller villages and the many canals and roads that connect them are depicted throughout the map. Natural geographic features such as forests, rivers, and shallow banks along the coast are also show in fine detail. The map is embellished by a an elaborate cartouche in the top left that features heraldry and putti. 

Condition: Map is in B+ condition with a narrow top margin and some damp staining at bottom center that just enters the map image. A centerfold separation is apparent in the middle of the map but has been repaired on the verso. Colors are bright and lovey.
