This highly desirable and bright stone lithograph sign advertises a French brand of cognac, Sorin Cognac. Published as an indoor display, it is on a light cardboard backing.
Vivid and appealing colors are used to designate areas of vineyards in France where distilleries would obtain the various grapes for each product. A color-coded legend in the lower right quadrant provides the names of each product produced in the regions depicted. The lower left quadrant features the names of vineyards and distilleries. In addition to its vibrant coloring, the print is further embellished with a lovely grapevine heavily laden with grapes.
