This is an original, hand colored aquatint by Raoul Varin from 1929. 

Terrace Row was one of Chicago's most fashionable and upscale residences on Michigan Ave. before it was destroyed by the Great Chicago Fire. Some of the most prominent Chicago families lived here. 

Michigan Avenue is shown with numerous horse and carriages dotting the street while children play in the sand on the other side.  

Condition: This print is in very fine condition with lovely color and full margins on all sides.
