This is a fascinating folio sheet from Chatelains Atlas Historique presenting the location, layout, and view of what was Tenochtitlan and would become Mexico City. The series of prints includes a scene of ceremonial dancing, a view of Mexico City, and a human sacrifice to Xipe Totec atop 'Temple Mayor.' 

Condition: This print is in A condition with a strong impression of clean paper and ample margins on all sides. A centerfold separation in the lower margin has bee repaired on the verso using archival materials.
