Rarity of this Piece
Original sets of Robertson’s Geographic-Historical Series are exceptionally rare, with few surviving complete collections. OCLC lists just one other example in the Library of Congress but that is of an 1898 edition, making this the only known example of the 1901 edition.
Condition: This series of maps is in B condition with some minor tears to several sheets and a few with linen edging missing. The cover sheet is worn and rubbed but all other sheets are in much better condition. This series is currently held by a wooden stand this is not original but matches the original rod nicely.
