This scarce authentic antique map shows the city of New York in 1854. It is a lithograph which was done for D.T. Valentine’s Manual of 1854. Fire alarms for different districts are shown, boundaries of wards, fire districts, corporation piers, and private piers are also indicated.
Condition: This map is in A condition. Published folded, it has some minute holes at fold junctures. There is darkening of the folds on the verso.
