This lively pictorial of Alabama in 1935 has so much to notice. Steel Plants, Limestone quarries, cotton fields, peanuts, and sweet potatoes are just a few of the more prominent products from this part of the country.  The southern coast shows the tourists in the Gulf of Mexico partaking in water sports.  In the lower right hand corner is a vignette of a negative stereotype depicting an African American easting watermelon. 

Condition:  A condition with no pin holes, tears, or creases. Vibrant colors.
